What is an OSH Coordinator (Penyelaras KKP)?
An OSH Coordinator is an employee appointed by the employer who has been trained in Occupational Safety and Health. They coordinate safety activities at the workplace, support legal compliance and build a safe work culture.
Is my company required to appoint an OSH Coordinator?
Yes, if your company has 5 or more employees and the prescribed conditions apply, under Section 29A of the OSH Act 1994. This includes SMEs. Failing to appoint one can lead to a fine of up to RM50,000, imprisonment of up to 6 months, or both.
Who can join the course?
Participants need at least an SPM qualification and an employment confirmation document supported by their employer.
What certificate will I receive?
You receive a certificate of attendance after completing the programme. Once you meet the applicable requirements, you are recognised as a “Trained Person” by DOSH (JKKP).
How much is the course fee?
RM780 per person if paid before the class, or RM870 per person if paid after the class, including HRD Corp claims. Fees include SST where applicable.
How do I claim through HRD Corp?
This course is 100% claimable under the HRD Corp SBL Khas scheme. Send us the email address of your company’s training officer, and we will prepare the documents needed for the claim.
When is my registration confirmed?
Your seat is confirmed once you issue a Purchase Order (PO), make an online transfer, pay a 50% deposit before the class, or apply through HRD Corp. Until then, your registration is not binding.

Yes. Besides public classes in Bukit Mertajam, we also run in-house training for your employees. Contact us for dates and a quotation.
